Add one creator
1. In Creators, choose Add creator.
2. Paste an Instagram or YouTube handle or a profile link. A link to a post won’t work.
3. If you like, pick a shortlist to save them to.
4. Choose Add creator.
We get their public profile and recent posts. This costs 1 credit, or nothing when we already hold fresh data for them. If the creator is already in your creators, nothing is used.
Import a list
1. In Creators, choose Import creators.
2. Download the template, or use your own CSV file of handles or profile links.
3. Upload the file and choose Next.
4. Check the preview: how many will be added, and how many won’t, with the reason for each.
5. Choose Import.
The file can be up to 10 MB. We read the column named handle, link or URL. If there isn’t one, we read the first column.
Rows that aren’t added
A row isn’t added when the creator is already in your creators, appears twice in the file, is a post link, or can’t be read. When your credits run out, new creators are saved by handle only, and their details arrive when you have credits again.
Choose Download rows to fix to get those rows back with their reasons.
