Audience quality ratings

Each creator’s audience is rated Clear, Check or Risky, from warning signals in their followers, views and comments.

Updated 05-11-2026

What the ratings mean

Clear: 0 or 1 warning signal.

Check: 2 warning signals. Look before you pick.

Risky: 3 or more warning signals, or one severe signal.

Lists show the rating for the creator’s main platform. The rating always shows its word, not only a colour.

The warning signals

Engagement too low, engagement too high, weak views, comments that don’t match likes, low-quality comments, suspicious commenters, and a follower spike.

A follower spike is severe: more than 20% in 7 days.

Open the Audience tab to see each signal as Fired, Not fired, Not available or Not checked. Hover on a signal to see when it fires.

How comments are read

The AI reads the creator’s latest comments and sorts them. This helps the rating but never sets it alone.

The commenter check looks at a sample of the people who comment. It runs when you refresh the creator.

Age and gender

We never guess age or gender. They come only from the creator’s own connection or a licensed provider. Without one, they show as not available.

Roles, brands and who can do what

Each person gets one or more roles on each brand. Roles decide what they can do. Each brand’s data is kept apart.

Check what the AI suggests

The AI drafts, sorts and flags. A person reviews each flag before acting. The AI never moves a creator, sends a message or spends money.
