Brand mentions shows posts that mention your brand through its mentions, tags and hashtags, whoever posted them.

Any post that mentions your brand, tags it or uses its hashtags. It doesn’t matter who posted it or if they had a deal with you.
1. Open Posts and choose Brand mentions.
2. Filter by post kind, or search by creator or product.
The newest posts show first. Choose Deal posts to go back to the posts from your deals.
Posts show here once they are collected. A new brand may have none at first.
Set-up has seven steps and takes about 15 minutes. Every step is optional, and you can stop and come back.
Each person gets one or more roles on each brand. Roles decide what they can do. Each brand’s data is kept apart.
The AI drafts, sorts and flags. A person reviews each flag before acting. The AI never moves a creator, sends a message or spends money.
