1. Pause the ads on the ad platform first
Open Ads Manager, or the platform where you run the ad, and pause every ad that uses the creator’s posts. Only you can stop your own ads.
Turning off a partnership ad code stops new ads, but ads already running keep running. Archiving an Instagram post doesn’t stop it being boosted.
Track results lists the boosts you recorded for each post. Use it to find them.
2. Stop outreach here
Choose Not this brand to keep the creator away from this brand while you decide. Choose Remove to undo it.
For a firm stop across your team, choose Mark do not contact. Only the client owner or a client admin can remove it.
3. Ask for edits or removal
Check the deal’s terms for your edit rights. Then message the creator yourself to ask for an edit or for the post to come down.
We never edit or take down posts, and we never send messages for you.
On TikTok, a video must be un-authorised as a Spark Ad before the creator can delete it.
4. Check the rights you are using
Open each deal’s terms. Usage rights show their end date, territory, channels and edits. Stop using the content anywhere the rights don’t cover.
If you end the deal, choose Terminate. Usage rights for content already live stay as agreed, so check what your contract says before you act.
Afterwards
Choose Do not rebook in Rebook review if you won’t work together again. It applies across the brand. Fees are left as your contract says.
