How old the data is
The freshness line reads "Data from" and a time, such as "Data from 3 days ago".
By default, data older than 45 days is marked Stale. Data older than 90 days is left out of the score.
Refresh a creator
1. Open the creator’s page.
2. Choose Refresh. The button shows what it costs: 5 credits.
Refresh gets the profile and recent posts for each linked platform. It also runs the commenter check and a fit check for each of your brand’s products. These come with the refresh at no extra cost.
Results fill in as they arrive. You can leave the page; the refresh keeps going.
Public, Verified and Handle only
Handle only: we have the handle but nothing else yet. Details arrive at the next refresh.
Public: followers, views, likes and comments from the public profile.
Verified: all of that, plus saves, reach and audience age and gender, from the creator’s own connection.
Posts
We collect each creator’s most recent posts on each platform. The posts tab shows how many and when they were collected. A creator found by search has posts collected when they first rank high in a live search.
Combined followers
For a creator on Instagram and YouTube, we add both follower counts. The same people may follow on both, so the real number of people can be lower.
