Every list has an Export button. An export includes only the records you own or are assigned to.

1. Open the list, such as Creators, Deals or Posts.
2. Set any filters you want.
3. Choose Export.

If nothing matches your filters, Export is off and says why.
A shortlist export can show fees only if your role can see them.
Set-up has seven steps and takes about 15 minutes. Every step is optional, and you can stop and come back.
Each person gets one or more roles on each brand. Roles decide what they can do. Each brand’s data is kept apart.
The AI drafts, sorts and flags. A person reviews each flag before acting. The AI never moves a creator, sends a message or spends money.
