Products and items
A product is what creators promote, such as a face serum. Items are its sizes, flavours or packs. Each item is grouped under one product.
Add a product
In Products, choose Add product. Enter the name, category and price, and pick who owns its fit profile. You can add items now or later.
Upload a list
1. Save your spreadsheet as a CSV file with the columns Item, SKU and Product. Download the template if you need one.
2. Choose Upload product list and pick the file.
3. Check the preview and choose Import.
Not grouped
New items without a product show under Not grouped. Someone who can edit fit profiles chooses Group it to place each one.
