The steps
1. Draft the quote. Choose Mark quote sent when you have sent it.
2. Choose Submit deal. This runs the brand-safety review.
3. Choose Approve. The deal moves to Approved.
4. Choose Mark signed when the creator confirms the final written terms.
5. Finish onboarding, then choose Mark completed.
Advisories
Checks before submit show advisories, such as a quote above usual. They are for your decision. You can send, submit and approve either way, and add a note to any of them.
Onboarding
Onboarding collects data sharing consent and account confirmation, which are optional, and tax details, which are needed.
Copy the link for each item and send it to the creator, or record it by hand.
To waive an item, choose Waive. It is marked waived with your name, and you can undo it.
Cancel or terminate
Cancel: either side withdraws before the deal is signed. The deal moves to Cancelled and the creator to Lost.
Terminate: the deal ends after signing. Usage rights for content already live stay as agreed. Spend so far is recorded.
Add a deal
Start a live deal: it goes into the campaign’s pipeline as a quote.
Record a past or offline deal: its fee and results count in your benchmarks. If some details are missing, you can still save it. It stays out of benchmarks until you add them.
