Send for review
1. Open the shortlist and choose Send for review.
2. Add reviewers. You can add anyone with access to the brand.
3. Add a message if you like, and choose Send for review.
Reviewers get an email, and a reminder if they haven’t finished after a day.
What reviewers do
Reviewers choose Approve, Reject or Question for each creator. Reject and Question ask for a comment.
When reviewers disagree, you decide. Answer a question with Reply.
Share with the brand
1. Open Share with the brand and choose Share.
2. Copy the link and send it yourself.
Approvers add their name and mark each creator Approve or Decline. They never see fees or notes.
The panel shows the date the link stops working. Choose Stop sharing to end it now, or New link for a fresh one.
If your role can’t send
Send the action to the people who can do it. They see it in Needs you.
