Message and export templates

Messages, emails, shortlist exports and shared reports start from templates. Make your own version of any default.

Make your version

1. Go to Settings › Templates.

2. Open a template’s menu and choose Make my version.

3. Edit it and save.

Changes apply to new messages only. Report templates can’t be edited.

A new platform default never replaces your version. The template shows New default available, and you choose whether to use it.

Choose Use platform default. Your version is kept in its history, and you can restore it from View versions.

Choose Send me a test to see the template in your inbox.

Set-up has seven steps and takes about 15 minutes. Every step is optional, and you can stop and come back.
