Check the fit before you agree a fee.
You may not have an influencer manager, and every creator fee comes out of a budget you can feel. Instafluence helps you judge a creator yourself, without becoming a specialist first.

You make the call, often with no specialist on hand
- The offer
A creator quotes a fee. There’s no standard rate card, and you may have few past deals to compare it with, so it’s hard to know where to push back.
- The doubt
A big following looks good. You can’t tell if it suits this product, or if the audience is real, because followers and engagement can be bought.
- The time
Finding creators by hand takes hours you’d rather spend on the business, and the work has to start again for each new product.
- The result
The post goes live, and you’re left working out what the money bought from each platform’s own numbers.
What changes
How you’d make the same decision here
- The time
Describe who you want, and choose Find.
Write who you want, where they are and the language they post in, as you’d brief a colleague. The list builder searches the creators we hold, and Instagram within your plan.
- The doubt
See why a creator fits, or doesn’t.
Creators with enough evidence get a fit score from 0 to 100 for your product. It uses product match, plus audience quality and past performance where there’s data. Missing parts are marked, and you can see the evidence behind each part.
- The offer
Turn the quote into a number you can compare.
Enter a quote with at least one Reel. We use the creator’s usual Reel views to estimate its cost per 1,000 views, which lets you compare a big creator with a small one. With too few comparable deals, we compare the fee per Reel with a starting range, where one exists.
- The result
See what you got.
Link the post, and we take stats for feed posts and videos at 24 hours, 7 days and 30 days. Then decide if you’d book that creator again.
Creators are getting more expensive
That makes each pick matter more, especially on a small budget.
