Run
Run every creator from shortlist to signed deal.
Most creator work happens across chat, email and spreadsheets, and each hand-off loses something. Here, outreach, deals and posts sit in one place, so you can see who needs chasing and what was agreed.
Start for freeCampaigns
One place for each campaign.
A campaign starts with the product, objective, budget, dates, platforms and target markets. Then you find creators, shortlist them and move them through the pipeline. You can see every creator’s stage beside the budget, so you know where things stand without asking around.
- Everyone you add from the list builder goes to the campaign’s shortlist
- A creator is marked Overdue after more than 5 working days in Contacted or Negotiating
- Set optional KPI targets, and campaign tiles show progress against them
- Contacted 1
- Negotiating 2
- Onboarding 2
- Live 4
- Lost 1
Ad labels
Check every post’s ad label.
An ad label tells viewers a post is paid, through a tag like #ad or the platform’s paid-partnership label. Regulators expect it, and the rules differ by country. Link a live post, and we check it then and each time we take its stats. Each linked post is checked against India’s ASCI rules, plus a baseline label check for other markets.
- Which tags count, such as #ad
- Whether the label is in the first line
- Video labels confirmed by your team
The deal
From first message to signed terms
Each step leaves a record, so the next person can see what happened without digging through old chats.
- Pipeline
See where each creator is.
Each creator moves through Shortlisted, Contacted, Negotiating, Agreed, Onboarding, Live and Closed, or Lost. You move them between Shortlisted and Contacted, and later stages follow the deal.
- Messages
We draft. You send.
Choose Draft message, read it, edit it, and send it yourself on Instagram or by email. Then mark it as sent. We never send messages for you, and drafts follow the house style in your brand profile.
- Deal steps
Move a deal from quote to signed.
A deal moves from Quote drafted to Quote sent, Submitted, Approved, Signed and Completed. Submitting checks the creator’s saved post captions and comments against your brand’s no-go topics, and shows any findings for you to review. Other checks show advisories, which are notes such as a quote above usual. They’re for your decision, and you can add a note of your own.
- Usage rights
Know what you can do with the content.
Usage rights say how a brand may reuse a creator’s post, such as running it as an ad. Each deal’s terms show the end date, territory, channels and edits. When you add a boost, the form tells you if the rights don’t include ads.
- Onboarding
Collect what you need from the creator.
Onboarding collects data sharing consent and account confirmation, which are optional, and tax details, which are needed. Copy and send a link for consent or account confirmation, or record them by hand. Tax details are recorded by hand.
- Failed labels
Get a post fixed in time.
By default, a failed label check starts a 48-hour window to fix it. After that, brand managers are told. Choose Ask creator to fix, copy the message and send it yourself.
- Your team
Give each person the right access.
Each person gets one or more roles on each brand, and roles decide what they can do. Needs you, at the top of the app, lists what’s waiting for you: reviews, overdue posts and alerts.
