Price
See how a quote compares before you agree it.
Creators have no standard rate card, and a fee means little on its own. A big creator can be cheap for the views they bring, and a small one can be expensive. Turning each quote into the same measure lets you compare them.
Start for freeQuote check
A quote, worked out in the open
Cost per 1,000 views is what you’d pay for every thousand views a post usually gets. Here’s how a quote becomes that number.
- Enter
Enter the quote and the deliverables.
Open a creator’s row in a shortlist and choose Check a quote. Enter the fee and what it covers, for example “1 Reel, 3 Stories”. The deliverables need at least one Reel.
- The sum
See the cost per 1,000 views.
We split the quote across the posts to get a cost per post. Then we divide that by the creator’s usual Reel views and multiply by 1,000. In this example, ₹20,000 per post ÷ 40,000 usual views × 1,000 = ₹500 per 1,000 views.
- The result
See if it’s above usual.
With enough comparable deals, the check shows the typical cost per 1,000 views and its usual range. Typical is the middle value, and the usual range is the middle half. It then labels the quote Above usual, Usual or Below usual. Until then, it compares the fee per post with a starting range where one exists.
- Save
Keep the reason.
You can save a quote either way. If it’s above usual, pick a reason, such as a rare audience match or extra rights, so the next person can see why you considered that price. Once you start a deal, you can record a counter-offer there.
Benchmarks
Your own deals become your rate card
A benchmark is the price you compare a quote with. The best one is what you’ve paid before for similar creators, because it reflects your market and your deals.
- Upload
Bring in the deals you’ve already done.
Upload a file of past deals and pick the column for each field. Uploading the same rows again adds nothing twice, and new handles are added as creators.
- Typical fee
Use your own numbers first.
We group your deals by platform, post type, creator size and whether you booked direct or through an agency. At 10 deals in a group, we show your own typical fee. With fewer, we use deals of the same platform, post type and creator size across both routes, once there are 10. Otherwise, we show a starting fee range where one exists.
- Total cost
Count what a deal really cost.
Costs are on total cost: fee, product value, shipping and agency fee. Deals with paid usage or exclusivity are benchmarked apart from organic-only deals, because they buy more than a post.
- Agencies
Compare an agency with booking direct.
Add the agencies you work with, and each one shows the creators it represents. For organic deals with known costs and views, you can compare that agency’s cost per 1,000 views with your direct deals, so you can see what the route costs.
