Finance and legal
Terms, costs and label checks in one place.
Creator deals often get agreed in chat, with the terms scattered and the risk found late. Instafluence keeps a record you can check: the terms your team recorded, the result of each post check, and who changed what. Contracts stay with your legal team.

You often find out when something has gone wrong
- The terms
Someone asks what was agreed with a creator. The fee and the rights are in a chat somewhere, or in the head of someone who has left.
- The label
A paid post goes live with no clear ad label. Rules differ by country, a label that passes in one can fail in another, and penalties are real.
- The rights
Someone wants to run a creator’s post as an ad. Do the rights cover ads, in that country, and for how long?
- The audit
You’re asked who changed a setting or a record, and what it was before. Without a clear change log, that can take a long time to find.
ASCI reviews influencer ads
In India, the advertising self-regulator ASCI publishes what it finds. This figure covers every reason an ad needed changes, not only labels. Other countries have their own rules and regulators.
- 01
97.3%
of the 1,609 influencer ads ASCI processed required modification.

What you can rely on
A record you can check
These are advice and records. Checks never block a deal or a post, and your own legal team confirms the rules for each country.
- Money
We never move money.
You pay creators your own way, through your finance system. You can log creator fees, product value, shipping, agency fees and paid promotion here, for tracking only.
- Labels
Linked posts get a label check.
An ad label tells viewers about a brand relationship, including a paid, gifted or affiliate deal. We check linked posts against India’s ASCI rules, plus a baseline label check for other markets, and a person confirms labels shown in videos. A post we can’t read is marked for a person to check. By default, an unfixed failed check goes to the brand manager after 48 hours.
- Usage rights
Each deal keeps the terms you record.
Usage rights say how a brand may reuse a creator’s post. Each deal shows the usage rights entered for it, including any end date, territory, channels and rules on edits. The boost form warns you if the rights don’t include ads.
- Audit log
Changes are listed.
The audit log lists changes to settings, roles, access and records, and who made them. It shows before and after values where they can be shown, and hides contact details and secrets. Entries can’t be edited.
- Access
People see only what their role allows.
Each person gets roles on each brand. A shortlist export can show fees only if the person’s role can see them, and outside approvers on a shared link never see fees or notes.
- Retention
Set how long data is kept.
The client owner can make the default period shorter for each type of data. Some types have a floor that no client can shorten.
- Support
You control support access.
Only the client owner can let platform support in, for 1 to 72 hours and only on the brands you pick. Each action is listed, and you can revoke access at any time.
